This website is run by Vojtech Babista, Prague, Czech Republic, who is the controller of the personal data described here. For any question about your data, write to voytenmusicofficial@gmail.com.

The site has no accounts and no forms. When you email Vojtech’s agent or press contact, your message is handled by them to answer it and is not used for anything else.

We measure how the site is used with Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited): pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location derived from a shortened IP address, and, in Clarity, anonymised clicks and scrolling.

Before you make a choice in the cookie bar, or if you decline, both tools measure only anonymously and store no cookies on your device. Only if you click Accept do they set analytics cookies, which lets us recognise returning visits. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Analytics cookies are set only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Anonymous measurement without cookies, and delivering the website itself, including short technical logs kept by our hosting provider Vercel Inc., rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and running a secure, working site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Music videos are embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube stores data only once you play a video, under Google’s own privacy policy.

Google, Microsoft and Vercel may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Analytics data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics and up to 13 months in Microsoft Clarity, then deleted.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).
